Optimum Choices has been providing a robust solution for staff scheduling to the Healthcare Sector since 1997. The products have an installed base of over 250 customers, among these are 140 hospitals. Customers manage over 100,000 staff with our software.

Today, thousands of unit managers in several countries use Optimum Choices software products every day. Our software is available in English, German, Dutch/Flemish, and will be available in French and Spanish.

In Germany, Optimum Choices software products have also been introduced to fire- and rescue services, nursing homes, centers for the disabled and in several other areas (public and private sector) where 24x7 shift work is an essential part of staff scheduling.
